Ruth and David dated for just 11 days before getting married. Now that’s magic. Complimentary in so many ways, building a business on shared values made perfect sense to the ambitious couple. Here they are, 22 years later, after experiencing all the Vancouver market has to throw at them. From building and renovating to buying and selling - they understand the significance of what it means to have a home. They live just off Commercial Drive and take pride as active members of their longtime local community.

Ruth Chuang
Born in Taiwan, Ruth also lived in Japan & Switzerland before falling in love with Vancouver in 1976. Calling UBC home, Ruth graduated with a degree in Urban Land Economics before becoming an active member of the East Van community.
Her first involvement in the real estate industry came with her family through property management and investment acquisition. Her passion for the market grew quickly and now, after 25 years as a Realtor, her expertise is only shadowed by her sweetheart personality.
She is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, Japanese and English allowing her to help many of this city’s great cultures in their Real Estate needs.
If she isn't talking shop, you'll find her reading a good book, weilding a paint brush, or seeking out a new world adventure.

David Jones
David... the RAINMAKER... left the prairies behind for the west coast in 1969. Aside from a stint on the ice in the 80's playing professional hockey in Paris and attending French Culinary School, David has been a raconteur in Vancouver since then.
Fortunate enough to have a great mentor in his own beginning, David is happy to now offer advice to others seeking it in the industry. Involved in sales, home renovations and new construction, David has really learned the business from all angles over the last 25 years.
